Not appearing before in any skoolie build I’ve ever seen is this 52” wide dinette – big enough for four people to sit around for meals, drinks or board games, facing each other. Way better than sitting in a row on a couch staring at the wall opposite. The welded metal frame is bolted right through the metal floor of the bus. The seat backs are tall and are reclined 15 degrees like the back seat of a car. 3” foam cushions make for a comfortable ride. There are headrests and three-point restraints for four, and tie-down points for a child’s car seat. There are huge storage bins under each of the two seats. Drop down the solid pine table and slide the cushions over and you have a comfy double bed.
